Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Return and exchange requests must be reported within maximum 24 hours after receiving the orders. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t process your request. Requests will be taken on a case by cases basis. Unfortunately, we don't offer refund or exchange because of the perishable nature of the chocolate. However, if the case was proven that the shop made a mistake in the order, a credit voucher will be issued.  All requests must be emailed to sales@arabisc-chocolate.com

 CANCELLATION

Cancellation request received before 24 hours of delivery will be refunded. If any customized arrangement was already made, it will be deducted from the refund. Refunding takes 7-14 working days based on your bank and country of origin.  For any inquiries, please send an email to sales@arabisc-chocolate.com
